We have our favorite bluesman and band - Brian Templeton and the Delta Generators - back again this year. This will be Brian’s thirteenth performance at Concerts on the Common, and we ask him to come back each year for a reason! Every one of these musicians is absolutely top notch. Singer Brian Templeton, once a Londonderry resident, commands over 40 years as a stalwart presence in Boston’s formidable music scene. His credits include the legendary band the Radio Kings and the Original House of Blues Blue Monday Band. The other members of this rockin’ band - Charlie, Jeff and Rick - bring the same level of talent. Head over to the Common to enjoy this super-talented band!

Get ready for a show-stopping return! The Brian Maes Band is thrilled to bring back Barry Goudreau for his third appearance at COTC. As a foundational guitarist for the multi-platinum band BOSTON, Barry played on their groundbreaking albums, Boston and Don’t Look Back, and toured with them from their very first show.

This special concert celebrates Brian and his band’s tenth year performing for us. Expect an evening packed with singalong anthems from The Who, Springsteen, and Zeppelin, plus phenomenal covers from artists like Janis Joplin, Tears for Fears, and Elton John. Get ready for another amazing COTC for Kids! Building on the excitement of last year's event, we're again partnering with Leach Library to bring you a Saturday concert designed to spark joy and musical discovery in our young audience. This special daytime performance is one the whole family will love!

For over 20 years Steve Blunt has been teaching and performing for kids & families, with this simple message: Music is fun—and it’s something everyone can do! Steve is a New Hampshire singer/storyteller whose fun, upbeat performances delight audiences at schools, libraries & concert venues throughout New England. He began writing kid-friendly songs in the 1990’s while raising a young daughter and working as a middle school English teacher.

For our concert, you will enjoy a lively show with catchy tunes for singing and dancing--and lots of silliness! This trio features award-winning children’s musician, Steve Blunt, on vocals & guitar; author/illustrator, Marty Kelley, on drums & harmonica; and Noelle Boc, the singing librarian, on tambourine & ukulele. Music is always more fun when friends come out to play--and this folk-rockin’ show invites concert patrons of all ages to join in with singing, dancing, shaker eggs & more!

After spending more than a decade traveling the world together with the touring act Turkuaz, the members of Cool Cool Cool decided to team up and form their own band in 2022. Their shared experiences, from playing dive bars to international festival stages, helped them develop a close bond that goes far beyond music. In Cool Cool Cool, this bond translates into a powerful synergy that allows each band member to showcase their individual talents, creativity, and passion.

Cool Cool Cool has been touring the U.S. in 2025 both as a headlining act, as well as the supporting band for Talking Heads members Jerry Harrison and Adrian Belew (David Bowie, King Crimson) on their "Remain In Light" tour.

This will such a fun evening! The Linda Ronstadt Experience with American Idol Star Tristan McIntosh is the premier touring tribute band showcasing the songs that Linda Ronstadt made famous. The show takes you on a musical journey of smash hit songs, including “You’re No Good,” “When Will I Be Loved,” “That’ll Be the Day,” and a particularly delicate, nuanced interpretation of “Blue Bayou,” among many more.

Last year, their phenomenal talent, masterful musicianship, and explosive energy ignited the crowd, creating an unforgettable experience. We witnessed firsthand the incredible connection they forged with our audience. They recently returned from a highly successful tour supporting Cory Wong, captivating audiences across the US, UK, and Europe, where they ignited stages and garnered a wave of new admirers.
